1. Product origin
TAPO has a close working relationship with leading international retailers worldwide to locate the source of materials with the most distinctive products at the most competitive pricing.
Our warehouses are located around the world, exclusively in Southeast Asia: Singapore, Vietnam, India, China, etc.
2. Order confirmation
Right away you complete the order, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you about your order details. If you do not receive the email within 1-2 days, please contact us at tapoecommerce@gmail.com. We’re here to assist you!
Note: Please check your email carefully to ensure that you provide with us the correct one.
3. Tracking information
Normally, it takes 2-3 days for us to send you the tracking confirmation email. You can follow the status of your order by using the tracking number and the website we provide in the email.

4. Shipping time
We cooperate with a variety of prestigious shipping partners in the world to ensure that we can offer you the best shipping options. Our main shipping partners are USPS, UniUni, etc.,
For information on when your package will arrive, please refer to the shipping schedule below.

Note: The shipping process may be varied due to some unexpected situations such as holidays, natural disasters, customs, pandemics, etc., In case, your order is delayed, we will send you an announcement email. We hope that we will receive your sympathy in these situations.
5. Change the shipping address
Please check your shipping address carefully to make sure that you enter the address correctly including your house/ apartment number, PO box, the name of the road, city, state, zip code, etc.
In case, you have the wrong shipping address, please contact us via email tapoecommerce@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we can take further action to support you. Kindly inform you that we just can help you adjust your order information within the first 12 hours of purchasing time because your order will be handled as scheduled after that.
Note: In case you notice that the shipping address is incorrect while your order is already in transit, we can provide you with the carrier’s contact information so that you can update the shipping address yourself.
Kindly inform that we will NOT be responsible for any refund if:
– The packages that are sent to the wrong address entered by the customers.
– The buyers refuse to receive the packages.
– The carriers have to make multiple attempts to redeliver the packages.
– The tracking system indicates that the item has been “DELIVERED” to the address the client submitted.
