1. How do I change my order information?

If you realize that you have made an error in shipping address or size/color, please contact us at tapoecommerce@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we can make the change in a timely manner.
Please bear in mind that we can only change the order information within 12 hours of purchasing time.

2. Is my order a one time purchase or a subscription?

Your order is definitely a one time purchase. You should not worry about the automatic orders. All of the order’s information at our store has to be filled and verified manually by our customers.
We mainly sell products that follow trends and change constantly, so there cannot be periodic charges like other digital products or services.

3. When will my order be shipped?

Normally, it takes 2-3 days for us to ship out your order after you complete a purchase.

4. How can I track my order?

When your order is ready for the shipping process, our system will automatically send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number.
To track your package, simply click on the tracking number you got in the email, and it will open a website showing your order status.
It may take 3-5 business days for tracking information to appear in the tracking system. Please get in touch with our customer support if your order hasn’t arrived after 25 business days.

5. What is your cancellation policy?

Within 6 hours of purchasing time, if you wish to cancel the order, please email us. Please keep in mind that a 10% of your order value will be charged for the cancellation because we have to pay the management, processing, and transaction fees

6. What is your return/refund policy?

Returns are available if initiated within five (5) days from the date showing “Delivered” status on the carrier’s system.
The return policy will only apply to the wrong or damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in original condition.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
